Transaction Process

  • STEP 1

    Membership Registration
    To trade, you need to register as a member of our online shop. Please apply from the application page.
    Please enter your company information in English in each field of the membership registration. Do not enter the information of export companies.
    The registered name, bank account name, and recipient name must all match.
  • STEP 2

    Membership Review
    Since we sell at wholesale prices, membership registration will require review based on our company’s standards.
    Depending on the situation, it may take some time. Please note that we may decline your membership registration.
  • STEP 3

    Password
    If you pass the review, your ID and password will be sent to you by email.
  • STEP 4

    Start Trading
    After logging in, you can place an order from the online shop.
  • STEP 5

    Order
    Minimum order is over 150,000yen.
    Please enter the company information* for the export business in the contact information field of the payment.
    *Company name, address (not required if using FedEx), and phone number.
    We will confirm in advance whether the service can be used in our company. Export companies that target individual customers are not eligible.
  • STEP 6

    Notification
    Once your package is ready, we will send an invoice and other documents to your registered e-mail address (login ID).
    The total amount and bank account information can be found on the invoice we sent you. Please send the money after confirmation.
    【payment】Only international transfer (Japanese Yen only). We don’t accept credit card.
    【Shipping fee】Differs depending on the shipping method.
    【Total Amount】Total item price + Bank fee
    【Cancellation】As a general rule, cancellation is not allowed.
  • STEP 7

    Shipping
    After confirming your payment, we will ship your package.
